PDF2Office Error - Can't find personal folder

Using Word 2004 (11.2.1), when I attempt to Insert a PDF file - I get this
message:

PDF2Office Personal cannot detect the PDF2Office Personal folder. This
folder has been removed from its previous location, etc.

I installed the complete version of Office - I never deleted any folders.

Does anyone have an idea how I might be able to fix this?

I have checked the public newsgroups and other sites to no avail.

Hi Rob,

You're trying to insert a PDF into a Word document right? How are you doing
it?

I just tried it two ways successfully, without getting any error message:
1) I dragged the PDF from my desktop onto the Word doc window; 2) Insert
menu> Picture> from File. Does either of these work for you? If not, is
there anything at all unusual about the PDF file that you're aware of?
