PDFMaker Toolbar

Can anyone tell me how to turn off AND leave off the PDFMaker Toolbar.
I'm running Excel 2004 on Tiger. I tried the obvious solutions, even
deleting it from Preferences folder and also tried moving Adobe to the
trash - both without any luck. This is driving me crazy. TIA

I think searching for any file named PDFmaker.* and deleting it would solve
this problem

i.e. to permanently delete the toolbar, search your Mac for all instances of
PDFMaker.xla, PDFMaker.ppa, and PDFMaker.dot, and delete those files.

Thanks,

Priyanka

In my experience, Acrobat asks to reinstall them next time it's run (or
perhaps doesn't ask, but reinstalls them anyway).

For a way to permanently prevent Acrobat from trying to reinstall, see
