PDS Access to Project Server

Hi. I'm tasked with getting a c# app to connect to Project Server 2003 via
PDS xml methods. I've downloaded the SDK, I have no problem setting up the
connectivity,a nd am able to authenticate, sign on, and run the PDSInfo
request (which returns me the server version, etc.)

The problem is that I can not see ANY projects, resources, tasks, anything.
I've given the account I use to make the xml request every permission offered
in the admin page of ProjectServer 2003. I can login to PWA and view
projects, my tasks, etc. But if I make requests for ProjectStatus,
ResourcesStatus, I get nothing back.

I'm struggling to find what I'm missing in the calls that would let me view
projects, or for that matter anything other than the server info. Any advice
greatly appreciated.
