PDS Call from PDS Extender

I am writing a PDS Extender that needs to make calls back to PDS.
However, I'm getting an error message that the underlying connection
has been closed. I am passing the login info to PDS that I received
from PDS to ensure I'm working under the same session.

Any ideas what I should look for?
