PDS Creating From Template Problem

Hi All,

I am using PDS to create a project plan from an Enterprise Template which
all works fine, my tasks and generic resources work fine.

When i run the resource substitution wizard against the enterprise template
it replaces the generic resources with the ones from my resource pool
correctly based on the correct skills.

When i run the resource substitution wizard against the plan created through
PDS using the correct enterprise template ID it replaces the generic
resources with the ones from my resource pool incorrectly ignoring some of
the skills.

Anyone come across this before?
