PDS : how to automate publishing of new or changed assignments

Hi,
I want to know how to automate publishing of assignments. Scenario is that
- I am creating a new task using PDS.
- then I assign the task to a resource in the project team in PDS to create
an assignment.
- ??? no API method is available to publish this assignment

Also, I have used the propety of a project "Auto Publish". I do not get the
assignment until I manually open the project MPP in Ms project professional
and do a publish/re-publish assignments.

Adding a new task can cause a ripple effect in your plan - change start and
finish dates, causing a need to level, etc. The plan must be calculated
again. This can only happen in Project, not on the server. Therefore, even
if a PDS call existed to publish the assignment, you would not want to use
it. You will have to do some automating of Project Pro to publish the new
tasks.
