PDS on project 2003 is not responding

Hi,
We have a project server 2003 installed with share point.
I'm trying to test the PDS using the project renamer dll, after
installing the extension on the server and running the hostpds site
from my computer, I get a 403 forbidden error when I try to post the
<Request>
<ProjectsStatus />
</Request>.
This happends after a successful login.


Is it possible that I need to enable the PDS? Or a problem of such
sort?
