PDS OutlineCodeAddValues method

Hi,

I am using Project Server 2003. I am using the PDS OutlineCodeAddValues
method to update a enterprise resource outline code. The field is supposed to
produce a value xxxx/xxxxx. Whenever I use the PDS API method, everything
seems to be fine. I open Professional, and the new outline code was added.
But when I look at the tables, and the PWA, the value of field is no longer
xxx/xxxxx; it is xxxWPxxxxx. The OC_CACHED_FULL_NAME fields in the
MSP_OUTLINES_CODES table has been corrupted.

Anybody have any idea why this happens, and what I can do to get around this
problem?
