PDS ProjectsCheckin Method Create Windows SharePoint Services sites

The ProjectsCheckin method contains the field
<ServerPath></ServerPath> and when I call this method with
"http://server/projectserver" in the ServerPath field, the site is not
created. The option for automatic creation of sites is selected and I
have used the ProjectsCreate method and this creates a WSS site.

Any help would be great!
