PDS Trouble

Hi Guys,
I need some urgent help on accessing the pds methods.
1. After a lot of difficulty i was able to communicate with the pds layer.
However, with the exception of the PDSInfo method, rest all methods return a
....<STATUS>02</STATUS>... ! Any one has any experience on this front?
2. Any experience with Project Creation using the Project Utilities
Extension by Microsoft. It returns 9008 error(rsExceptionMain). What does
this signify?
