Pen in OneNote does not work after I wake my Tablet Pc up from St.

The Pen function in OneNote does not work after a I wake my Tablet PC up
from Standby or Hibernate. So I am forced to reboot; after which the Pen
function works fine again.

Thanks for any suggestions.
