I just got a Bamboo pen and tablet. Can I write into office files? How do I do it?

See OS X help on Inkwell. You'll need to install the Wacom software first in
order to have Inkwell activated. Everything you need to know is in the
documentation that came with your tablet. If you have any difficulties use
Wacom's tech support for your specific model.
