Pens selection is not an option in the drawing tools

Can not select pen in the tools, in the tool bar, the pens are coming in BW
no colors, any solution to correct this, the program was removed and
re-installed, detect and repair was also performed

What happens when you attempt to "Customize Current Pen"? Can you set and
save changes to pens?

Erick, when customize is selected, the pens are in colors and as soon as you
close the box, they go back to BW or greyed out and you can not select them

Ah - so the pens are disabled. Have you activated the software? What kind
of computer is this running on?

Ben, Yes the software was activated , The computer is a Sony Vaio, when you
select option, the pens are active and in color and as soo as you close the
"customize windows" the pens return to inactive

Ben. no, you can not select the pen at all
