Percent complete of summary task

My summary tasks either show 100% or 0. It does not "roll up" the percentage
of tasks under it. I tried your suggestions about calc. on and EV using %
complete, but that was not the problem.

Hello Donald. By chance, are all the tasks underneath this summary task
milestones? If they are, the summary will show 0 until the last milestone is
100%, then it will go to 100%.
