Percentage of complition

How can I prepare a cash flow report not fiscal but shows the percentage of
complition by months?

You export data to excel and cumulate the costs by month and chart. For 2003
you select the toolbar Analysis and Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel and for
2007 you select menu item Report, Task Usage tab, Cash Flow and at bottom
select Months.
