Percentage with 2000?

Is it possible to use a formula that will place an answer in percentage
terms within a cell using Excel 2000?

use 'Format -Cells - Percentage' for this

In C1 =B1/A1 and format as "percentage" from Format>Cells>Number>Percentage

Returns 25.00% if two decimals setting
