I am trying to create a graph like this:

Are you working from raw data, or are you trying to generate
"theoritical" normal distribution curve based on a give
sample/population mean and standard deviation? The former would b
easy enough to do by putting the "bin" values in one column and use th
FREQUENCY function to get the distribution. The latter would use th
NORMDIST function to generate the frequency distribution
