Perform a calcualtion if months are matching

Hello
I know this is probably an easy one, but i would like to get a value
out of a cell if 2 cell's months match.
eg
The current cel is k1. Todays month is January.
Go to cell g1 and if it say January as well, then go to cell A1 and
copy the contents.
