Perform calculation from drop down list

I have a drop down list containing 5 currencies, I choose a currency e.g USD
my worksheet will total the amounts in USD. From this total I require a
further cell which will convert this total into Euros but the cell must also
be able to convert any of the five chosen currencies
List output USD Total 900 USD
Total Euros??
