Performance Appraisal Form - keep info private

I have updated the Performance Appraisal form and we have a published share
location on the network. However, how do the managers fill in the form, then
have employees fill in the form (or vice versa) and keep the form private
between the manager and employee? Do they just do a "save as" thereby, not
save to the original network share drive? My first form and new to InfoPath.

Thanks for your reply. I do not need to keep the data, we just want to have
an easy-to-use on line form for two people to fill in, save and then print
for the file. We will not collect nor analyze the data. Is the "save as"
feature okay to use in this situation then? Thanks so much for helping me
the novice.
