Performance issue in Outlook after installing Office 2003 SP1

I recently installed Office 2003 SP1 and am now having performance problems in Outlook. Specifically, an action such as replying to an email message take upwards of 20 to 30 seconds to respond to the point where I am able to begin typing. Prior to installing the service pack, the same action was instantaneous.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Brian

Try a detect and repair - it could be a .dll was stepped on during the SP-1
installation.
