Performance tuning for Project Server 2003

Dear all,
Please advise ways you have tweaked the various components that support
Project Server to improve it's performance. ie. Windows Server 2003, MS SQL
Server 2000 or other configuration settings. Our current setup is one single
box serving just 20 users, however performance has slowed down in terms of
updating in PWA despite being in a LAN environment.
