performing function on selected rows

I would like to know if there is a way or function that would allow me to
look at a table and take the mean, min, max and range of supply for January.

Feburary 4

Hi Mike,
One last question, is there a formula that would work that would look for
the previous month because this data is always performed on the previous
month during the first week of the current month.
