I hope someone can help me. I'm running SBS 2003; most of my clients have
either Outlook 2000 or Outlook XP. I'm trying to find a way to permanently
delete a user's Calendar.
Some background - the president of the company has multiple email addresses
from multiple domains; he wants to make sure that when he replies to a
message it replies as the same address that received the message. Also, he
doesn't want to have to choose the address, he just wants it to happen
automatically. No problem, we just create separate accounts, grant the main
account permissions to log on to the other mailboxes, and configure Outlook
with multiple profiles. The problem arises because the president has been
getting his calendars mixed up, so we have calendar entries spread across 3
accounts. I found the utility FFolder which allows me to delete the
Calendar, but when I log in to OWA it automatically recreates the folder.
Is there a way to permanently delete a system folder like the Calendar and
not have it recreated through OWA? Thanks.
