Hello all,
I have several users who receive well over 300 junk-emals a day and would
like to not have to worry about the size of their mailbox (currently set at
ann unrealistic 100megs) when they are on the road with their BlackBerry's.
I found the "permanently delete suspected junk e-mail" in the options and
figured it needed abit of time before it started working, an optimist at
heart. so I gave it the benifir of the doubt for a full weekend and the user
still had 700+ messages in the space of a weekend.
There doesn't seem to be any info as to what other dependencies may be
required for this to work, or waht other setting s may be counter productive
maybe on the server.
I don't think this is a server rule, but can it be set up as one??.
Any help appreciated??
