Permanently hiding columns

How do I hide columns so that the email recipient is not
allowed to unhide the previously hidden colmns. Also,
other than a).pdf, or b)copy, special paste, values, for
each individual worksheet in the spreadsheet; is there a
way to restrict the viewer to see only the printed area
worksheets?
