Permission Error when opening a contact item in Outlook

Hi All,

I have a web application that creates contacts in public folders on Exchange
and whevever I create a contact with no business and home address
information, a domain user is able to open the contact with no problems. As
soon as the same contact is saved with business or home address information,
the user receives a permission error from Outlook when trying to re-open the
contact.

The exact error message is: Can't open this item. You do not have
sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. See the
folder contact or your system administrator
