Permission for a field in a form

Hi,
I am using Infopath Form Services where I created a form with 2 fields:
Date
Question

The date field autopopulates and is read only. Users then enter their
question, click submit and it goes into a forms library in moss 2007 and
gives each form a name based on the date and time.

What I would like to do:
Add another field "Response" where only 1 user can open the form where a
question is submitted and add a response.

How can this be achieved?

Hello Swathi, thanks for the response.
I am using InfoPath Form Services and User Roles are not supposed by Form
Services.......any there any other workarounds or anything I can do to
achieve my objective?
