Permission for Fields

Hi, I created an form with infopath 2007 with the following fields:

Requestor:
Ip Address:
Server Name:
Approved:
Approved by:

I want users to fill out the 1st 3 fields but the last 2 just for my
Manager. How can i set permissions on the last 2 fields so just my manager
can enter information?
Looking for information but didn't come across anything as yet.
Hoping someone can assist.

Hi
You can add Conditional formatting for last two fields, when login user name
(you can use “Username()†function to get login user name) is equal to
requestor then Disable\Hide this control.
If you have Manager’s list, then add User roles to the form and add
conditional formatting for last two fields, when login user name is equal to
manager list users then Disable\Hide this control.

Good Morning Anuma, thanks for the response.
I am using InfoPath Form Services with Moss 2007 and just realized that User
roles are not supported in Infopath. As you stated I can use conditional
formatting for the 2 fields and that would work?
I thought I needed to use both User Roles and Conditional formatting
together.....
