Permission Issue

I have Outlook 2007 on terminal server running Windows Server 2008. I have
two active directory users, User1 and User2. Both users need to see the same
Exchange mailbox. So, User1 is setup to have an Exchange mailbox, but not
User2. User2 has been given full mailbox permission to view User1's mailbox.
I logged on as User2, went into Control Panel > Mail and setup a new
profile, i.e., User2 on EXCHANGESERVER. I connected to the EXCHANGESERVER
and entered User1's mailbox. I opened Outlook and was prompted for a
username and password. I accidentally entered the administrator's username
and password and checked the box "don't prompt again". The mailbox opened,
however, User2 now has full administrator rights. The user can add other
users mailboxes and read everything! They can also view ALL public folders
and add/move/delete items. I tried deleting User2 profile by going into
Computer>Properties>Remote Settings>Advanced>User Profiles, but that didn't
work. I cannot remove the administrator permission. Can anyone help?

Hint: User Accounts applet in the control panel and then in the upper left
pick the manage network passwords from the task list. That should let you
remove any stored passwords for the User2 account. Note: You have to be
logged on as User2 to work with any User2 stored credentials.

I appreciate your response. I tried what you recommended but there are no
passwords to remove. The box is blank. I logged on as User2, went into User
Accounts. Once clicking on User Accounts, I had to enter the administrator
username and password in order to access the information. I then select
Manage your Network Passwords and the box is blank. Do you have any other
recommendations? Do you think it is in a registry key?

I tried adding User2's username and password while logging onto
EXCHANGESERVER. That did the trick! Thanks for your help.
