Permission Issues

When using the security wizard, I mistakenly clicked one too many times and
have managed to kill all of my permissions, even when logging in as admin.
Is there anyway for me to restore the permissions? At this point, I can't
even get in to the database to see any of my data.

Please help!!!

The wizard should have created a desktop shortcut for you. Use that and see
if you can get into your database.

I've never used the wizard but I believe that it makes a backup of your file
with a "bak" extension. See if you can revert to it.

Lynn,

Yes, it let me in that way (YAY!!), now, how can I undo all of the
permissions that I mistakenly took away? I have people in other departments
that need to get in, this database is in a shared folder.

Heather,
Assuming that the .mdw file (workgroup file) you created is on the shared
drive also, the best thing to do would be to give all your users a copy of
that shortcut and have them use it to open the database.
