Permission levels

I have a problem that hopefully someone can help me with.
I recently created a lengthy database in access, and for
some strange reason I clicked on tools>security>User level
security wizard. I went through the steps to set up
administrative and user accounts. Once I was finished I
went back into access and tried to make some updates and
it told me I wasn't the adminstrator and didn't have
permission to make any changes to my database. Now I can't
do anything to this database, I'm stuck.

Any ideas?
