Permission problems between Outlook '00 and '02

I'm getting a permissions issue when I import a .pst file
from my Windows ME (running Outlook '00) to my XP Home
(Outlook '02).
I log onto Windows ME with an account name and no
password, same as I do on the XP Home machine (same
account name).
Any ideas what the problem is?
