Permission to Use Images from MS Office Online

Can I use photos/images that I recently downloaded from the Business Category
of MS Office Online in a print advertisement I plan to run in a local paper?

I read the conditions in
http://www.microsoft.com/permission/copyrgt/cop-img.htm. In fact, it
confused me more than it helped me. Anyway, I already wrote
(e-mail address removed) a request to use the photos but did not received any
form of reply. It has been more than two weeks since and would need an answer
to this questions ASAP.

Thanks!
