Permission to view a project plan

In spite of assigning a resource to the project manager group that in turn
get my project calegory by default. All project managers are able to view
each others plans in PWA in Project 2003. No default permissions are altered
still this issue arises

This would be best addressed in microsoft.public.project.server.

It might be a little clearer if you were to rephrase it as a question
rather than as a statement or observation in order to be more sure of
getting the help that you want.
