Permissions combination for resource management

Hi,

Could anybody help me with this?

I need to grant permissions to my users in order to create, modify and
assign resources but don't create, neither modify tasks.

All of these using Project Professional, not Project Web Access.

What could be the most adecuated combination of permissions?

Beforehand, thanks for any comment about it.

Hi,

Since Project cannot protect only parts of a project file, your only way is
to let them work on an other file (maybe copy of the resources) and import
the changes, probably with VBA.
Nothing direct I'm afraid.
