permissions error on Outlook 2001

I'm trying to create a local outlook profile for an existing user on a new
G4 running OS 9.2.2. Her email worked fine on another computer, but whenever
I go to log on as her on the new machine I get a permissions error.

So far I've verified that the local profile set as default is hers; that the
Mac can verify (check name) of the user with the exchange server; I've
changed her password and ensure that the password does not expire (or
change). I've even reinstalled Outlook 2001 on the Mac with out any
difference being made.

Does anyone have any ideas?
