permissions for folders

Is there a way to grant the delegates permissions to folders without
individually granting rights per folder. In other words, can it be done
for the entire mailbox.

This can be done by your administrator but I doubt he/she will do this as it
is a lot of administrative overhead if he had to do this for all his/her
users. Also than the administrator will be involved in compromising your
privacy. So actually the answer is "No". It is a feature I would like to see
it as well by the way. It will be just like "Inherited Permissions" for NTFS
permissions.
