We used REVIEWER as the default permission for resource calendars with
Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003, and it worked fine. We recently
migrated to Exchange 2007 (wtih Outlook 2003) and REVIEWER permission no
longer seems to work. We have been told we MUST use AUTHOR permission
instead. The problem that creates for us is that people then direct book
rooms, but often forget to delete or edit those reservations if the room is
not needed when originally scheduled.
We also have been told that there is a SP or rolloup for Ex2007 that will
allow the use of the REVIEWER permission.
Does anyone have any info or experience that can help us?
Merci
