Permissions in 2007

Hello,

What are the differences between the following permissions:
- Assign Resources
- Build Team on Project

Is there an "Assign Resource to Team" permission as I read in a book? (I
didn't find it)

Assign Resources is a Category permission that allows a user to add
resources to a project using the Build Team dialog in Project Professional
2007. In the Build Team dialog, this permission displays only the resources
specified in the Categories to which the user has access.

Build Team on New Project allows the user to access the Build Team dialog in
an UNSAVED project in Project Professional 2007.

Build Team on Project is a Category permission that allows the user to
access the Build Team dialog in Project Professional 2007 for EXISTING
projects specified in the Categories to which the user has access.
