Our Project Web Access 2003 environment is set up so that project team
members, administrators and executives have access to documents stored
within a project store. If someone who is not on the project team
needs to look at a document within a project store, they need to have
a team member send it to them, or ask the administrator for read
permissions to the project document store. Is there a way to change
the default permissions so that everyone has READ access to the
project document store, and project team members have READ/WRITE
access? Can this change be made globally and retroactively so that
all projects past and present can be set up this way?
