I have a Mailbox that I have Delegated full rights to a number of
users (me included). None of us can open the Inbox within our own install
of Outlook. I have gone into the Accounts applet and added the Mailbox as
an additional Mailbox to open, I have logged into the network as the owner
of that Mailbox and Delegated Editor rights to the Inbox, Calendar and Tasks
and I have gone into the Properties of the Mailbox itself and gave ownership
rights to it there as well. I've also gone into Active Directory and gave
us all Full Mailbox Access too. Still, I cannot open the Inbox. I get a
message that Outlook cannot access the specified folder. I can't access any
of them - not just the Inbox. In going to File/Open/Other Users Folder I
get an error that the folder cannot be found. I can see the Mailbox in the
GAL, I can send mail to it and I can send mail from it. Needless to say,
I'm at a loss. I am on Exchange 2003 and using Outlook 2003 in a 2003 AD
Domain.
Can anyone help me with this? Any reply woul dbe greatly appreciated -
