Hi,
Please can you tell me the lowest permissions level possible for "standard
user" staff where they can have the access rights to update/delete/amend
Shared Contacts in Outlook 2003. We only have "Administrator" as the user who
can make these alterations. I have tried setting up "Admin" in "Delegate
Control..." on the Exchange server and added one user as "Administrator" on
the local machine to no avail...
The best solution would be a new user level where this high level of access
was applicable to a different user type - such as Power User, allowing select
users from the "Admin" user group to amend Shared Contacts in Outlook 2003.
Thanks a lot,
JamesR
