Permissions lost for list item

Hello,

We are facing a weird problem with Project Server 2007.

We created a custom list under PWA, for example, from the standard Custom
List template. Then we created a new list item in this list via the New menu
item. Using the Manage Permissions menu item (in the list item's popup menu)
we removed existing inherited permissions and added an existing user with
Full Control access.
So we got the list item with Full Control access permission for this user.
Then we go to the Recourse Center and opened details for this user via
the Edit Details menu item. There we did not change anything and just saved
existing details. When we returned to the permissions list for our list item
we found out that the permissions for this user disappeared.
The latest (2nd) service pack for Project Server did not fix the problem.

I will appreciate any help on this issue.

This newsgroup is about Project. Best if you re-ask this on the project
server newsgroup.
