One of our users is experiencing a problem in Outlook where he can't move
messages between different subfolders in his favourites folder. When he
tries to drag and drop he gets an error message stating that he doesn't have
permission to move the message. If he tries to move the message by right
clicking and selecting move to folder he gets an "Unknown Error".
These messages are synchronised from a public folder where the default group
is set permissions to move and delete items. He is also the owner of these
messages.
Does anyone have any ideas, as to what is happening. I have tried recreating
his .ost file, removing the folder from favourites and resynchronising, but
still have had no success.
