Permissions tab

I am trying to share someone's calendar and when I plug
that persons name in for our global address book, the
permissions tab is grayed out and I cannot set the
permissions for that person therefore, I cannot let that
person share a supervisors outlook 2000 calendar. I have
several systems with this same condition.....please help,
your comments are WELCOME
