Permissions to RBS

I am using Project 2002 Server and I am the Administrator. I have
noticed that one of my Project Managers has opened a Project in the PWA
under Project Center view, where they must have found "Edit Project
Details" and they have changed the RBS setting. That causes problems
with the roll-up. Where in the permissions can I block anyone less
than the Administrator from changing the RBS setting? I cannot find a
place in the security templates.

I've been on 2003 so long, I don't recall if this works in 2002, but here it
is anyway:

All you need to do is to uncheck or DENY "Edit Enterprise Resource Data"

Also, check all of your "Manage..." provs. All of those should be unchecked
or DENYed (other than Manage Rules and Manage Status Reports)...

You can test the effect of these changes by putting your logon out of
Administrators (I assume you have access via "Administrator", of course - if
not , don't do this!!) and putting it in the group in question. Log out,
come back in, and see if you can do it, which you won't be able to. Go back
in as Administrator and put your logon back into the Administrators group...
