I'm using Outlook 2002 and created a public contact
folder and gave our receptionist editor level
permission. She can still edit items, but can no longer
post new contacts, even though the permission level
allows her to create items.
I've delete and recreated her permissions and tried
setting different levels. How can I give her create
permission again.
