Permissions

This pertains to Project Web Access.

Within Project Web Access, there is a link for Documents along the top
border. Under that is a link for Public Documents. The Public Documents
contains lots of folders and sub folders.

I would like to limit access to some of these folders under Public
Documents. As it stands, everyone who is a resource in Resource Center is
able to access everything under Public Documents. We have some folders under
Public Documents which should only be viewable by the Administrator. Some
folders which should only be viewable by Executives, etc., and I do not know
how to remove permissions for specific folders.

I’d rather not create separate SharePoint URL’s for each group
(Administrators, Executives, Project Managers), as the Project Web Access URL
is a convenient single URL to manage and distribute.

If my request is not possible without some high end coding, I would be
interested in learning how others perform my requested functionality.
