Not too sure if this is the proper group in the m.o.v. heirarchy, but
will give it a shot. Using Visio 2003 Pro.
I know it sounds counter-intuitive and against the reason for using
Master Shapes in the first place, but I am trying to design a stencil
for end users where each Master Shape is already preconfigured with
default custom properties; the collection represents the actual
physical inventory of available modular industrial equipment.
I would like the users to be able to grab an item (i.e. Shape) from
the custom stencil and drop the Shape on the drawing - but only once
per drawing. Ideally, their would be an indication on the Master
Shape in the Stencil showing it's already in use and is unavailable
for use again.
Thanks.
